Aqua Living Factory Outlets is proud to offer a refund in full on your spa if the following conditions are met:

1. Your final 4 NCAA team picks are in fact the final 4 teams in the NCAA Final Four games taking place on Saturday, April 4, 2020.
2. You made your final 4 team picks before 11:59pm (local time), March 18, 2020.
3. You purchased a hot tub with a purchase price of $5,000 and up from Aqua Living Factory Outlets between 12:00am (local time), March 1, 2020 and 11:59pm (local time), March 18, 2020.
4. You agree to receive your refund by coming into the store where you bought the spa and meeting your sales rep sometime between April 6, 2020 and April 30, 2020 at 12pm noon (local time). No refunds will be offered after April 30, 2020 at 12:01pm.
5. You agree to allow the use of your likeness and story as well as those in your immediate family in promotional material related to the refund of your spa.
6. You agree to waive any right to cancellation or refund beyond what is described in this agreement and acknowledge that in order to participate in this promotion you agree that all sales are final, and that you cannot cancel your purchase for any reason.
7. You must have, in person or electronically, signed the March Madness 2020 Promotion Agreement prior to 11:59pm (local time), March 18, 2020.
