A: Our patented reclining chair technology is one of the defining
features of the Whisper Spas line. Most spa seats are fixed at one angle, which means the hydrotherapy experience
depends entirely on whether your body happens to fit that seat. Our reclining seats let each user adjust the recline
angle to find the position where the jets hit the right muscles at the right pressure — making hydrotherapy
genuinely effective for users of every height, build, and recovery need. It’s the difference between a seat designed

Q3. What is the vanishing edge design? 

A: Available on select Whisper Spas models, the vanishing edge is an
architectural design element where the water surface appears to flow seamlessly to the spa’s edge — similar to a
vanishing-edge swimming pool. Beyond aesthetics, it transforms the spa into a true backyard centerpiece, especially
when paired with the integrated LED lighting at night. Each product page clearly indicates whether vanishing edge is
available on that specific model. 

Q4. Is this a 110V or 220V spa? 

A: Whisper Spas are available 220V configurations. These models require
a hardwired hookup installed by a licensed electrician but heat faster and can run jets and heater simultaneously at
full power.

A: Every Whisper Spa is designed and manufactured in Tennessee, USA —
in the same American facilities where we build all of our spa collections. American materials, American labor, and
direct factory oversight on every unit. Building in-house and on American soil gives us complete control over
quality, materials, and lead times — and it’s why warranty service goes directly through the manufacturer rather
than a third-party reseller. 

Q6. What does the warranty cover? 

A: Whisper Spas carry our most comprehensive warranty coverage,
reflecting the premium engineering and build quality of the line. Coverage includes the spa shell, the cabinet and
exterior components, the plumbing and equipment package, and the electronics and controls. Specific coverage terms
by component are detailed on each product page and in the owner documentation. Because we’re the manufacturer — not
a reseller — warranty service goes directly through us, which means faster resolution and direct access to factory
parts for the full life of the warranty. 

Q7. What upgrades are available for Whisper Spas? 

A: Whisper Spas already include features that are upgrades on most
other spa lines — premium 16-inch cabinetry, reclining seat technology, programmable LED lighting, Bluetooth audio,
and non-slip footing all come standard. Available upgrades include our aromatherapy systems and Wi-Fi-enabled smart

you’re considering. 

Q8. How does financing work? 

A: We offer three financing paths so every customer can find the right
fit: in-house financing with a 100% approval rate, terms up to 84 months, and programs designed for all credit
types; third-party financing through Wells Fargo for buyers who qualify for traditional bank rates; and promotional
0% APR offers on select spas and seasons. Most applicants receive a decision within 1 business day of applying
online or at any of our 90+ Whisper Outdoor retail showrooms.
